Return Policy

We are more than happy to offer an exchange or cash refund for any item bought and returned within 30 days at the place of purchase.
Do not accept returns unless authorized by the management.
All RMA numbers are valid up to 15 days only from the date of issue and the item must be packaged in its original packaging.
The company will accept the return on the basis of merchandise defect within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
It noted that a restocking fee of 20 percent will be charged to clients who wish to return a product.

Damaged Products:

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it is defective, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery at +86-13407553000 and we will replace it and pay all shipping costs to and from your location.

Return a Product:

If a product is delivered and it does not fit, or it is not the one you anticipated, most of the products can be returned. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all Instruction/Warranty documentation. Shipping labels are not offered. It is the responsibility of the customers to return the product through a postage service. The product has to be in good condition, packaged, and should not have been used before. To return a product, please login on Surgical-tool ordering page to get an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) from your orders or contact us at +86-13407553000. You are allowed 10 days from the date of receiving the product to demand an RMA. In case orders are returned but without the RMA #, they may not be distinguished as return merchandise, and in these circumstances, no credit will be given.
Restocking Fees:
This is on condition that all returns attract a restocking fee of 20 percent.
Non-Returnable Products:
Diagnostics, test kit, and supplies, Refurbished products. All parts orders are for final sale and cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations:

If you have placed an order with us and would like to cancel it, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience at +86-13407553000. We will try our best to halt your order from being shipped; however, this does not mean we can assure you that it has not been shipped. The standard cancellation policy is that you shall pay a fee of 20% if your order has been processed. If you have placed an order which has been shipped you will be charged the cost of the shipment to your location and back to us. This will be looked at as a return and dealt with in that fashion. As to non-cancelable goods, no cancellations are acceptable once it was shipped out. Special orders – orders on adjustable beds, power wheelchairs, scooters, and wheelchairs made to individual specifications cannot be canceled once the order has been booked to be processed for assembly.
Kindly – Do not reject a parcel.
As almost all products have to be returned to an address other than the one they came from, never refuse a product. Failure to accept a delivery will attract a restocking fee of 30% of the price of the product plus actual transport costs. Moreover, the package will not be recognized or identified as a return if it does not contain an RMA number, and hence, credit will not be issued.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, shipping times, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.
